WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates, of the Meteorological Offico this evening issued the following summary and forecast The barometer has risen and fallen again slightly in, the North, *but £ alien slowly in the South. Westerly breezes have prevailed, and very squally at 'times in Foveaux Strait. Pair weather lias predominated. Present indication's are for. increasing westerly winds, 000 l iand changeable weather, shower yin parts, especially on the West Coast and sou/them districts. The baromieitier 'is very unsteady.
