WORKSOP DREDGE.

ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS.

The annual meeting of the shareholders of the Worksop Dredge was 'held, in Mastertom last evening, there being present—Messrs D. J. Cameron (in. the chair), J. Hessey, E. Richards', J. CaseLberg, T. B. Michell, A. J. Hathaway, A. W. Chapman, L. G. Eton, and T. Wagg. The annual report and balancesheet, as already published, wore read and adopted. The chairman congratulated the shareholders on the success of tho past year's working of the dTedge, and expressed the hope that the ensuing year would he equally satisfactory. Mr Caselberg was the only person njaminated to ithe vacancy on the Directorate, and he was declared elected. Mr Hathaway wa.s re-elected auditor of the compamy. The secretary' (Mr N. H. was voted a bonus of £2O for past .services, and on. the motion of the chairman, he was accorded a hearty vote of (thanks. Mr Hathaiwa.y moved, and Mr Mu-h----ell seconded, that it he a dii\W/on to tine Directors that in future tiie .secretary be paid a salary of £SO per year instead of being granted a bonus. The motion was carried. Votes of thanks were accorded tiie dredge-master and the dredge haii'Js.
