A RECORD LOWERED. (Received Last Night, 11.30 o'clock.) LONDON, August 21. Schneider beat the half mile grass track cycling record, his time being 64 l-ssecs, at Bath. He also won the five mile race, putting in a magnificent spurt at the finish, in 13min 44secs.
