The Prime Minister and party will foe met on. the vessel in the stream by a Citizens' Reception Committee. Sir Joseph Ward will ibe invited to attend a' reception at the Town. Hall fr6m 7 to 9, and a Bupper afterwards) in the concert tihamber of the Town Hall. The Mayor of Wellington "(Mr T. M. Wiiford, M.P.) will preside.
