Harry Alexander' Jack appeared before the (supreme Court to-day, charged with .the murder of Ethel May Bradley on February 7th. Evidence on lines similar to that called in the case against Sadler at the last session of the Court was led by the Crown, Prosecutor. His Honour directed (the jury to find a vefdict of not guilty, as the evidence did not exclude the reasonable hypothesis that the woman 'b death was due to poison self-inflict-ed. The jury, without leaving the box, found the prisoner not guilty. Imtmediately afterwords, Jack was re-arrested on a charge of perjury.
