Hadden also, said he thought someone • else was going to be caught. Mi: Glover told Ihim that if he would take the ! blame all on himself he (Mr Glover) ' would give him. £l5O, and get him a Government billet. After conversing with Mr Gloyer, M.P., for about 10 minutes. he then went down the . > street and met Arthur Glover, Mr iA. E. Glover's son. Gloyer gave him. four sovereigns and a railway ticket ■ for Stratford, and told him. t<?. tell Ehrman not to touch a certain base that had been sent to Stratford. He 'went to ,Stratford, and on his return . .saw Mr tilover, M.P., who said, "you iwanit to say ( nothing,as it means & lot of us going' to gaol."
