PERTH, August 30. A Russian student working on a farm at Kellerberrin has been arrested. He is supposed to be identical with "Peter the Painter," wanted in connection with the Houndsditch murders. He recently gave evidence against another Russian on a charge of stealing a gun. After being imprisoned, the other declared that the informer was Peter.
