ANNUAL REPORT. Following is the report of the Ttfwaiba3ji.Da.ixy Oompauy; to be pre-. .sented to the annual meeting ant August, loth:— : "In consequence of another fiao-' tory .starting in .our district, our output -'this year is not so large as last year. The amount of milk received during; the season. was 3,715,4401b5, being 1,068,77811* less than' the previous l year. The butter fat amounted to 143,867.36 ib», the milk shoAving a pertentage of 3.87, wand produced 374,23QLbs of cheese, equal to 167 tons lewt, a- decrease on last season of 43$ tons. Each pound of butter fat made 2.601bs- of cheese, the milk areraging 9.921bs to each lib of cheese. During the season, advances were made to mdlk suppliers at 9d per lb of butter'fat, amounting to, £5395 Os sd, leaving for distribution £1798 6s lOd, equal to one shilling per lb of butter fat over the whole season. We have also made provision for the payment of 6 per cent, on the paid up capital. The buildings and plant having been kept in a tliorough; state "of repair, and valued on, our books at a very low figure, your directors have decided this year not to write off anything for depreciation. The Director© retiring by rotation are Messrs W. Fisher and Geo. Sievers, and they are eligible and offer themselves for re-election. You will be also called upon, to elect an. auditor.
