The Selection Committee of the Wairarapa Ladies' Hockey Association have picked the* following A. a?id B teams to play at Carterton on August 17th:—A-team—Goal, .-Misa."N. O' Leary (Ramblers); full-backs Misses N. Feast (Kai Toa) and E. Dagg (Ramblers); half; Miss A. O'L-ary (Ramblers), C. Terry (Kia Toa); R. Bambry (Kiwi); forwards, Miss 0. Richards (Ramblers) right wing, C. Easthope (Ramblers) right inside; A. Hawke (Kia Toa) bully; B. Onleft inside; R. Neilsen (Kiwi) left wing. B team. —Goal, Miss L Smith (Kiwi); full-backs, Misses L. Muir (Kia Toa), F. Sage (Kiwi); half. Miss B. Scott (Ramblers), N. O'Dowd (Ramblers), D. Kennedy (Kia Toa): farwards. Misses P. Ashton (Kiwi), E. Reid (Hinemoa), E. Gallon (Kiwi;, D. Bicknell (Kia Toa), N. Hanlcy (Ramblers). Emergencies—Misses J. Miller (Ramblers), K. Roffe (Hinemoa), I. Knowles (Kiwi), F. Gazeley (Kai Toa). It was understood by tho Committee that Miss K, O'Leary (Ramblers) was not available for selection in the A team. The men's annual fiye-a-side tournament will be held at Carterton on Thursday next. A senior representative match, Wairarapa v. Hawke's Bay, will be play~ ed on the 31st inst.
