DEPUTATION.

LONDON, August 4.
Mr -Ma3iteTmain, replying, to the pitbrow girls' deputation, he regretted that the action showed .the. necessity of women'© vote •on the question. I&; w,as essentially for women to decide. Therefore, a men's Parliament 'was- elected, and *he, mein had no right (to prohibit women from pit-brow - work. He had : Mr Churchill'fl authority to say that aa effort would he made to alter the committee's decision.
