Tho Pork* has agreed to an amnesty for the Malissori who are participating jn the revolt; a remission of taxes for two years; the establishment of schools in which the Albanian, language will be taught; compensation on account of houses that have been damaged; and grants of money and food to assist the revolutionists through the winter.
