SIR H. W. JUST.
Sir H. W. Jiuust, C.M.G., whom the cable states will probably succeed Sir Charles Lucas as Assistant Un-der-Secretary of State for the Colonies (Dominions Department), has been. Under-Secretary in. that Office since 1907. Ho was prinoipnl clerk in the Office from 1897 to 1907. He is a son of the late HeinricK Just, of Bristol, and was born in 1854. He occupied the position of Secretary to the Imperial Conference, and js thus weltimformed on. tine aims and aspirations of the ; Dominion representatives.
