Auckland Office'of tho Supreme Court of Now Zealand on or about the 31st.day of May, 1911, praying for an injunction and damages against T. H. Garland, of Auckland, Manufacturer, for infringing our trade mark for 'lrish Moss' and spiling »Irisli Moss' not manufactured Iby us, under a make-up similar co.ours, and the said action was settled bv the Defendant consenting to the injunction and paying damages and costs. THIS IS TO INTIMATE that we shall at once commence proceedings against lan.y other persons ■who may sell or attempt to sell under our trade mark or any' imitation thereof "Irish, Moss" not manufactured by us.
