WELLINGTON, Last Night. This aiirienicon tlie Speaker of the House of Representatives! reoeived formal notice that the death of Mr T. E. Taylor, the laite member for Christelbureih. North, has been, registered. The House will be asked tomorrow eveming to ,pa&3> a resolution* ordering the issue of -a warrant to the Clerk of Writs for an election. The writ will be returnable within. 21 days, and as a week must be allowed for a possible second ballot, the date of election must be about a fortnight hence.
