The 'semi-official Cologne Gazette declares that df France wants merely to act on the Algeciras Agreement, she can settle matters by withdrawing her troops from the capital, opening the doors wide to international trade, and giving guarantees that she does hot regard Morocco as a French colony. Germany, after securing her economic interests in the Sus district, would then doubtless withdraw from Agadir.
