SYDNEY, July 25,. In the' Legislative Assembly, Mr WardeE lxiade a personal stateinenit regarding Mr Justice Higgins' speech yesterday. He declared that •there was not a shadow of foundation for' Justice Hoggins' statement that he abused Ms position in Parliament to attack Mi- Higgins.
