Thirty thousand' people witnessed the League football match between New South Wales and New Zjealand yesterday. In the first spell New South Wales had all the advantage, and flung the ball about in a bewildering fashion. At t!he end of the first spell the score stood, N.S.W. 27 points and New Zealand nil. In the second spell the play of the New Zealanders improved, but they were run to' a standstill before the end of the game. .-The final scores were: New South Wales, 89 points, New Zealand 7 [ points. ■.-••■> , TEAM FOR ENGLAND.
