Mr W. F. Massey ;uformed a reporter to-day that ho would not ibe able to return to Obristchurch to speak until after the session started. 'He was speaking in Auckland next week, and if he could manage it, in four otJier places, -before the House .met. He added that the Reform League in Christ-church would be able to announce the candidates fo rtihe City and: Suburban seats within the next week or two.
