A FRENCH STRIKE
EIGHTY THOUSAND INVOLVED. INCITING THE SOLDIERS. Received This Morning, 12.10 o'clock. *■ _____. PARIS, July 10. The building and allied unions have voted for a strike, which will involve 80,000 workers, owing to the contractors' refusal to grant a nine hours day and the abolition of piecework. M. Baritand, Secretary, and MM. Vian and Dumount, assistant secretaries to the Stone Masons' Union, have" been' arrested for inciting the soliders to insubordination.
