\To The Editor.'] Sir,—lai this morning's issue there . was a.piece,: on '■' Droppers.'' My< opinion is, that when a man pati-oiir ises a ' 'Dropper" he ought to keep . Ms: mouth .shut about it, whether the drink was watered or mot. It is not the "Droppers" the police want to watch, but the man that deals there, also his mflite.—-1 am, etc., ' . JENNIE R. COOK. P.S.—Don't you tlii-nk that people ; who are foolish enough to pay 10s i for-half a bottle of water, and then go and complain of it through tlie newspapers, want a medical attendant's certificate ?
