*- . THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURE*. A SPECIAL ATTRACTION. The current programme was shown for the last time at the Foresters' Hall last evening. The fimo range of pictures to bo shown, to-night wall include the great Vitagraph masterpiece, "A Tale of Two Citic3,"®Th£s picture is admitted to be the greatest thing ever achieved in, oineimato- - grapliy, and is adapted (from Charles ' Dickens' famous novel of tihe same rname. It depicts in a. realistic manner the beginning of the French Revolution and the imprisonment of Dr Marette in the Bastille; Lucy Marette's marriage to Charles Darriey, the revolution in full swing, and various exciting incidents in connection therewith, the arrest of •Charles Daraey, and the execution of Sydney Carton. The plot is a very powerful one, and the characters are in the hands of some of the most capable artists in. the world, including Maurice Oostello, Florence Turner and Mary Fuller. The programme also coaitains a tihriJ'ig Russian, military drama, by the ?"v lem Company, entitled, "The Grl Spy of Vicbsburg." A beautiful coloured creation is entitled "The, Old BelLringer." A story of a dog's devotion is tojd in "Jean and the Waif," while "Tihe Italian Barber" will fee ifound to be one of the Bio Company's best productions in the comedy line. The scenics will include "The Crystal Palace" and "London's Zoo." A aumber of interesting pictures will he shown. The chil-" dreh's matinee will take place on Saturday afternoon, at 2.30 o'clock.
