ARBITRATION

BRITISH-AMERICAN TREATY. AN AGREEMENT ARRIVED AT. (Received Last Night, 9.40 o'clock.) LONDON, June 29. The Hon. A. J. Balfour presided at the Pilgrims' dinner in honour of Messrs Hayes and Hammond, the United States special ambassadors to the Coronation. There was a great demonstration when Mr Balfour read a telegram from Washington announcing an agreement between Britain and America on the Arbitration treaty.
