ACCORDING TO KING Q'MALLEY. "I HAVE THE HONOUR TO BE." (Received This Morning, 12.3 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, June 23. Senator King O'Malley states that in future, correspondence issuing from liis department will not hear such formalities as "I have the honour to he." He adds that this is mere "crawling Hunkeyism."
