The building will be of two storeys, with an ornamental frontage, and wall he a splendid addition to the business premises of the main thoroughfare. There will be two shops in the -front, while the upstairs will be utilised as a dentistry and. a studio. The TVust Offices will be at the rear of the building. TJie whole of the business- portion of the premises is already let to satisfactory tenants.
