Harkness, Secretary of the National Dairy Association, stated that the time was not far distant wihen. the Government of the Dominion would see the necessity for esitahlishing a College for the purpose of educating the people in the methods of preparing and handling produce. Such a College has been spoken of for years- by successive Ministers, but no movement has been made in the direction, of making such an institution an, accomplished fact. Some day the.
