j A SPLENDID OUTLOOK. FULL LIST OF COMPETITORS. The entries for the Masterton Musical and Elocutionary Competitions, which take placo next month, closed on Saturday evening. The number of entries received by the secretary (Mr Gillespie) has exceeded the most sanguine expectations'of the Committee, and the festival promises to be very successful indeed.
