WELLINGTON, Last Night.

Figures supplied by the Defence authorities show that there are ■still numbers of males .between the ages of 14 and 21 who have not registered under the mew Defence scheme. For the week ended 10th June 2748 persons registered, the figures for each district being :—Auckland : Territorials, 596; Senior Cadets, 410. Wellington : Territorials 254; Cadets 309. Canterbury : Territorials 426; Cadets 454. Otago: Territorials 170; Cadets 129. Totalis: Territorials 1446, Cadets 1302. June 17th is absolutely ,the last day for receiving registrations. All persons who should have registered by that date and fail to do so will be proigeoxited.
