CHAMBER OF COMMERCE DISAPPOINTED.
MR FISHER ANNOYED. (Received Last Night, 9.15 o'clock.) LONDON, June 15. The Times says that the members of the Chamber of Commerce are disappointed at Mr A. Fisher's attitude over the Federal land tax. Despite the expression of almost every speaker concerning the friendly spirit entertained towards Australia, Mr Fisher interpreted their observations as unfriendly, and as suggesting that the relations between the Commonwealth and Great, Britain were strained.
