CONSTANTINOPLE, June 15
The Sultan has granted a ten-days armistice to the Albanian insurgents, in which to surrender their arms.
If they comply they will secure immunity from judicial proceedings. The' Sultan has granted £IOO,OOO towards the reconstruction of homes destroyed in the military operations.
