ARRANGEMENTS WITH DOMINIONS.
HON. R. McKENNA'S OPINIONS.

LONDON, June 14
The Hon. R. McKenma, First Lord of the Admiralty, speaking at Pontypool, said that the naval aa-range-nients miade with the Dominions were most satisfactory. If the Overseas Dominions would develop fleets of their own,, the interchange of officers and mem, and common standards of training and discipline, would enable ftfhe joint fleets to act in complete unison in the event of wax. The Imperial Conference had laid the foundations of a naval strength which would safeguard Imperial interest® in every quarter of the globe.
