COURTS OF APPEAL.

The Overseas Dominions are not satisfied with the final Courts of Appeal provided by the Mother Country. They want a Final Court upon which Judges of the Dominions might occupy a iseat. It was pointed out by Lord Loreburn, during the discussion at the Imperial Conference yesterday, that provision is already made for the adding of distinguished Judges of the Dominions to the Lords of Appeal. If advantage were taken of this provision the Dominions would derive a benefit. It is not improbable, therefore, tha"'Sir Bobert Stout may yet find his way to tie OH Country.
