A delivery of correspondence, including registered, will be made over the counter between 9 and 10 p.m. on Wednesday, the 21st inst. , All Telegraph Offices will be open from 8.30-to 9.30 a.m., the principal offices, including the local office, will-be open from 8.30, a.m. to 10 a.m., 7 p.an. to midnight. The Telephone Exchange will open as usual.
