PALMERSTON N., Last Night

. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report: —At our Palmerston Sale on the Bth inst. we had a fair entry of both sheep and cattle. Sheep met with a ready sale at improved prices, and we managed to quit the whole of the entry. Cattle sold freely at late rates. We quote.—Sheep: Forward empty ewes, 7s 7d; store empty ewes, 5s 6d; 4, 6, and s.m. ewes in lamb, 6s 9d to 7s; wethers, small, 8s 3d ; lambs 6s 8d to 7s 10d. Cattle: 18months steers, £3; store cows, £2 18s, £2 16s, £3, £3 2s; weaner heifers, 26s 6d; dairv cows, £5 ICXs to £5 lis 6d; bulls, £4 7s 6d. AUCKLAND SHARE MARKET. Mr J. T.
