PROPERTY EXCHANGE CASE.
PALMERSTON N., Last Night,
A -complicated property exchange case was heard at the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr Justice Chapman and a special jury of twelve, in which Olias. Dahl claimed from William Thompson specific performance of a contract and £750 5s damages. Mr E. G. Jellicoe, with him Mr W. L. Fitzheribert, appeared for plainmiles seaward of Kaiapoi, a brown P. E. Baldwin for defendants. A verdict was given For defendants, with costs, on the ground that the title was not in order on the day set down for completion of the deal.
