CONSTANTINOPLE, June 8,

In connection with the proposed Grand Review on the Cossovo Battlefield, the Sultan, following the example of the early Caliphs, proposes to lead the devotions at a gigantic prayer assembly of 400,000 troops and civilians, in order to re-establish a reunion between the various Mohammedan nationalities.
