JUDGES NOT EASILY LIBELLED

MELBOURNE, June 7.
The High Court dismissed the case in which the editor of the Hobart Mercury was charged with contempt of Court in publishing a leader declaring that Mr Justice Higgins, President o '-■ the Federa' Arbitration Court, was a political Judge. The Chief Justice said a Judge was not so much open to libel as other persons. Contempt was to obstruct, or to interfere with the Ccurt.
