LEPROUS RATS.
NOT A NEW THING, (Received Last- Night, 9.15 o'clock.) SYDNEY, June 7. The- President of the Board of Health states that the leprous rats. in Melbourne are not new. Although they were rare, they were found in many ports of the .world', including Sydney, lastyear. Hiimani beings had .nothing to fear.
