A PRELIMINARY INQUIRY

At a preliminary inquiry at Buluwayo, regarding an attack by a native, Mr Lewis' daughter, aged 15, gave evidence to the effect that the native made frequent indecent suggestions and offered her money. She told her father and accompanied him to identify deceased, whom her father immediately shot with a revolver.
