URGES MORE SHIP-BUILDING

BERLIN, May 29. The membership of the Navy league now stands ... The annual meet: unanimously .adopted a resolution advocating the building of a third armoured cruiser annually until 1917. Tlbe-President; Grand Admiral von Ivoester, stated that Britain had 40 armoured cruisers, of which 21 had a speed of 23 knots or upwards. The slowest, watli a speed of 21 knots, would take fifth place in the German Navy.
