CONCLUDING DAY.
The concluding event at the. Masterton Collie Club's dog trials ..on Saturday resulted as follows :
TEAMS MATCH, three dogs.— Open only to competitors residing .within the boundaries of (the Waira-rapfft-s and Masterton ;*. ' Districts. Competitor and dogs to be at least -three months resident in these districts, ancl dogs to be the bona fide property of the competitor. First dog—Huntaway 80 yards; second dog—.bring (back to ring; third dog—drive 75 yards and yard. Time allowed, 15 minutes. Points (1) Huntaway 4, noise 4, command 10; (2) Heading 4,> bring back 4, command 10; (3) driving 4, yarding 8, command 10. nirst prize Mr R. F. R. Beetham's special £5 ss, second Mr J. Strang's special £3 3s, third Mr W. C. Buchanan's special £2 2s, fourth Mr D. Hebentori's value 10s 6d, fifth Mr J. L. Murray's value 7s Gd, isixth Messrs McLeod and Young's value ss.

Judge's Remarks : First ten an.— All three clogs completed course in good line and under good command; fair style at yards. Second team.— Completed course in fair style and under fair command; style at yards fair. Third team.— Put lin fair work ; fair style ; yarding fair.
