[To Th* Editor. i Sir, —I notice that threats are being held out that if young men between the ages of fourteen and twentyone do not register in the Territorials they may be fined £o. Can you tell me how it is proposed to recover the fine. What is the default for nonpayment?—T am, etc., • ' ANTI-JINGO. (This is a matter upon which we can offer no opinion. There does not appear to be provision in the Act for the recovery of a fine.—Ed. Age.)
