CLOSER SETTLEMENT.
A Land Association is now being formed for the purpose of subdividing and disposing of 1-140 acres rich alluv* ial flats, situated in South Wairarapa, the property of Mr A. J. Stone-Wigg. The land is well adapted for dairyfarming, cropping and fattening, and is capable of grazing large numbers of dairy cattle. Early application is absolutely necessary, as the sections,, are being eagerly inquired after. Application forms may bo obtained and filled in at the office of the agents, Messrs S. R. Edwards and Co., Queen Street, Masterton.
