Received This Morning, 12.10 o'doek SYDNEY, May 24. Admiral KingjhaJl, in Ms Empire Day speech, .spoke of the need of aai Imperial Navy, of -which Australia's Navy ishould.be an Imperial division. He favoured a local navy rather than ta contribution to the British Navy. Professor Davlid said that selfsacrifice made the British' Empire what it is.
