CONCENTRATION OF TROOPS

ST. PETERSBURG, May 24,
in response to Montenegro'® appeal to the Powers, Russia has made friendly representations to Turkey for the concentration of troops in proximity to the Montenegrin frontier, which are a danger to peace.
