SUPREME COURT.
WELLINGTON, Last Night. Ait tihe Supreme Court to-day, George Stewart Neish, about 18 years of age, charged with indecently assaulting a boy aged seven years, was found not guilty. A cliaa-ge of theft of a miare brought- against Arthur Giifßqrd St. Clair Isbester, in respect- of which the jury disagreed last week, was re-heard. The jury found accused not guilty.
