IN NEW SOUTH WALES. Received This Morning, 12.50 o'clock. SYDNEY, May 22. The Government has closed with Sir Samuel McCaughey for the purchase of 70,000 acres of the Yanco estate at 70s an acre. Mr McCaughey is "e----taining a life interest in a portion of the estate, including the homestead.
