BERLIN, May 21. Numerous articles are appearing in the German newspapers, having reference to the forthcoming Imperial Conference in Loncon.
The "Vossische Zeitung" refers to
"the ehormous complexity of questions affecting the re-building of the greatest Empire the world has ever known." "The world," it says, "awaits the decision with interest."
