AT BUCKINGHAM PALACE.
A BRILLIANT SPECTACLE. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, May 20. There was a brilliant spectacle at the Royal Ball at Buckinglham Palace. The Agents-General and their wives were present. Their Majesties the King and Queen, with the Kaiser and Kalserin, opened the quadrilles. The Palace was decora/ted with .pink roses and carnations.
