Sir,—Re your article as above, I thing you are altogether wrong in your conclusions concerning same. For why? You have Only to go in an ordinary civilian garb to Some -stations I could mention, where at every meal the most filthy, repulsive language is sensuously indulged in by all from the boss, upwards. That is my experience recently, and I for one think it high time that some stop was put to all such contaminating influence by Act of Parliament; For let me tell you the continuance of such conduct is just the way to wet the end of th» enemy's sword, besides being of no good to themselves. In a word, such conduct is the abomination of the day, wherever indulged in.—l am, etc., "Be CLEAN."
