'OTTCE is hereby given that the Masterton County Council proposes to raise a loan under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and its amendments, of which the following are particulars:— The purpose for which the loan is. required"is to supplement a Government grant of £250 for renewing the Bridge over the Te Hoe stream on the Alfredton-Weber Road. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £350. The Loan is to 'be secured by a Special Rate of l-115th of a penny in the pound on the rateable value for the time being of all rateable property within the present Riding of Alfredton, and will be repaid out of the said Special rate by 73 half-year-ly instalments of £8 10s 7£d each. It is intended to pay the cost of raising the loaii out of the money borrowed, but not interest for the first year. Dated this 25th day of April, 1911. F. G.
